Healings are ideal when you are dealing with or facing a physical or emotional issue in your life. Healings clear blocked and stuck energy. Your healing will bring deeper issues you aren’t aware of to the surface for you to release. Healings help to create a new energetic space for you, which helps you let go of limiting or restrictive situations or emotions.
Having a healing is a subtle, powerful and rewarding experience. While you lie comfortably on a massage table, I channel energy from spirit through my hands and into your body, chakras, and emotional fields. A healing works on a deeper level than an energy rebalancing, shifting deep seated issues carried at a cellular level either from this lifetime or from past lives.
Sometimes crystals and essential oils are also used to enhance the effect of your healing. During your healing you will receive insights and messages to help with the releasing and letting go process. You will also receive ‘growth’ work to do after your healing to help you settle into your new energy space.
