New Year’s Resolutions

New Year’s Resolutions typically last a month or two, by the time April comes around most people have forgotten about the goals they set at the start of the year.

There’s two types of people who don’t achieve their goals. Those who typically focus on having goals that are action based, something they have to do or achieve without any idea of how. This can be demotivating, and undermining as that …little voice in your head starts to question your ability to achieve your goal. And then there’s people who don’t set goals because they just don’t know how to or believe they can’t possibly achieve them.

It is important to set the right goals. Goals that you connect with, that are meaningful and make you feel better.
